  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization number and instructions.
  • Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.
  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and a return label for the incorrect item to be sent to you.
